HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Need to send an item back? We hope it's nothing we've done babe! Follow these steps and we'll get you sorted...
We offer two alternatives and to make it super easy, all you need to do is click on either one and head on over to the post office!

Royal Mail

This will cost just £2.99 - which will be deducted from your refund.

Simply click on the link below to create your returns label, then print

it off and take it to your nearest post office.

*Ensure all items are well packaged and are sent via a trackable service.

MissBehaved will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

Own Courier

Alternatively, you could just use your own courier and send any unwanted items back to us at our HQ:

RETURN FAQ'S

If for any reason your purchase isn't for you, then no worries girl! We want our babes to look and feel 100% at all times and operate a fuss free returns policy.

To get all those precious pennies back, you'll need to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

We ask you follow these simple rules (yes rules!) We can only process your return provided the :-

- Items are unworn and unwashed
- Shoes have not been worn and show no signs of wear
- Items still have the MissBehaved tags attached
- Items have no make-up stains
- Hygiene seal has not been removed if it's underwear or swimwear
- Items returned must be in a re-saleable condition

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund the following Items once purchased :-

- Beauty/Cosmetics
- Earrings
- Lenses
- Stick on Bras

So go ahead and choose one of the returns methods above & attach your label to the outside of your parcel, seal it using the double strip on the polybag, return your parcel and allow 5 working days to receive an email confirmation of the return being received.

Of course you can, even the ultimate boss babe's change their mind's sometimes! To exchange items we can offer a full refund on the original item if the parcel is returned within a 14 day return period. Let us know via one of our return forms above which item you'd like to swap for and and we'll get you sorted ASAP!

Just to let you know, it can take up to 14 working days to process your exchange and any original postage costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Item faulty or damaged? Sorry babes, we'll get this sorted for you. Please contact us within 14 days via email at contact@missbehaved.co.uk with a picture of the damaged item so we can have this resolved for you free of charge and have you looking hot AF in no time!

If you've received an incorrect item, please email us within 14 days contact@missbehaved.co.uk so we can have this resolved for you free of charge. We want you to wear what YOU want and wear it well!

-We're on it babes! Please allow 14 working days after you receive the email confirmation for your refund to be processed, but please note any return postage cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

-If you just want to exchange your items, then we'll issue you a store credit. This will give you free reign to get whichever size/ colour you fancy, depending on availability!

-Please note store credits are valid for 12 months, from the date it was issued. So get shopping babes!

While we're aware that our rule breakers might be busy and up to mischief, we ask that you're careful when trying on items and don't leave traces of perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc. Do NOT leave marks or scents on the items. MissBehaved reserves the right to refuse and return items which are used or soiled. This does not affect your statutory rights.
